Graduated at the University of Hertfordshire with a bachelor of sports therapy. He has also obtained the BTEC diploma in sports science, SICI Advanced & Personalized Bike Fitting certificates, IIHHT sports massage certificate, YMCA fitness coach certificate and diploma in on-site massage. During the time in Hong Kong Sports Institute as sports massage therapist, K. K. worked with elite athletes for their rehabilitation and injuries management.

Especially spent few months with HK Cycling Team to prepare the Asian Games in 2014. As a sports lover, he has participated in various sporting activities, such as road running – Marathonu trail running – Trailwalker; multi-discipline sports -Triathlon, Hong Kong Challenge, World Team challenge etc. From above trainings, he was able to apply the knowledge and gained much practical experience in training and injury management (prevention and treatment).

K. K. now provide the services of sports massage, rehabilitation exercises and sports injury prevention advice (of course, bike fitting also his strength as well), and modification of training method.

運動復原

隨著運動的普及以及比賽水準越來越高,訓練計劃的強度、頻率都比以前提高了。所以,如何能夠在最短時間內從訓練與訓練之間復原,盡快投入下一次訓練,便是教練與運動員的最大挑戰。而運動復原所擔當的角色就是在這樣的情況下變得相當重要了。

一直以來,運動後的復原方式通常都是以比較被動的方式去進行,例如 : 休息, 而不幸地以這種方式來進行運動復原所需要的時間要很長,這樣的話呢種方式就跟不上現代訓練的模式了。

桑拿、運動按摩都能夠加速運動訓練後的復原時間, 可是兩者的分別在於桑拿是加快整體的復原時間,而運動按摩能根據不同部位而作出力度強弱、深淺、時間長短的調整。
